Responsibilities

Conduct roadshows and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors and family offices in the global private equity, private debt, mezzanine debt, and venture capital sectors.

Prepare announcements, Q&A documents, financial reports, and corporate presentation materials.

Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and peer benchmarking.

Communicate with regulatory authorities, including Nasdaq, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the SEC, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Requirements

Holder of a master’s degree from a well-known university.

Three years of work experience in international investment companies, investment banks, consulting firms, or technology-based startups.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with a professional image and demeanor.
